My first Boggie`s walk was led by Dave Tompkins and he quickly introduced me to the delights of the Woburn countryside by his regular walk leading around the area.
In memory of Dave, and to raise funds for the Keech Cottage Hospice, we are retracing some of these walks covering 4 different ones over the day. Please come, support, and see how many of the walks you can do! However,do save some energy for the BBQ at Les`s afterwards.
The 4 walks are 1. 7am-10am over to the golf course.

The year is 1848. The Dowager Lady Withering is found dead at the stately home Withering Depths on the Yorkshire Moors, run through with her late husband’s sword. Lord Selby Withering, 24, a bohemain poet who is heavily in debt.
Sir Clifforde Heath-Clifforde, 4th Baronet, an unmarried 38 year old rake.
Suzannah Heath-Clifforde, the 26 year old, wild gypsy half-sister of Sir Clifforde. (Taken-Joe Robertson)
Emily Lloyd Bridges, an 18 year old ward of the Dowager Lady Withering. (Taken-Emma)
Lady Caroline Mouton, the lively widow of Lady Withering's husband's best friend. (Taken-Racheal)
Reverend Adam Brethren, an austere minister and cousin of the late Lady Withering.
Jane Eyrie, a 26 year spinster and governess to Emily. (Taken-Eila)
Carlos Chickensi 24 year old Spanish Count, spending a year on a Grand Tour(Taken-David Bunyan).
Please contact me
joannerob1@virginmedia.com if you wish to be one of the guest. I'm sorry there are only 3 places left and when they've gone they're gone so you need to be quick. I may need some help with props (has anyone got an old fashioned looking candelabra) and a £3 contribution towards dinner.
To make the evening really enjoyable I would ask that you dress appropriate for the occasion and in character.
